Trione Winery will gladly replace flawed wines at no cost to the consumer. Please email us at email@example.com or call the tasting room at 707.814.8100 to speak to our team to arrange replacements.
Trione Winery is not responsible for wines damaged due to weather or those unable to be delivered should the consumer be unavailable to sign for the product. All packages of wine require an adult signature. Trione Winery is not responsible for reshipping/redirecting shipping charges.
Trione Winery has a knowledgeable team and is happy to recommend proper shipping procedures during the high heat months to ensure wine is delivered in the best condition.
