2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum

Elegant yet dense and complex, allspice and hints of clove. This wine is silky but best described as finely detailed. The first impression is shy but then the palate opens to a medley of black currant, tobacco and vanilla bean.  The finish is superbly balanced with polished silky tannins and background hints of dusty cinnamon and spice. This will age nicely for the next 15 plus years. Larger formats will age longer in cellar conditions.
