Shipping Details:
- Delivery of alcohol requires a signature from someone over the age of 21
- To ensure prompt delivery, use a location where someone can sign on the first attempt, a business address may be ideal.
- Shipping partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times, following a third failed delivery attempt, packages will be returned to Trione.
- Manage your delivery via the carrier's tracking number for faster service.
- Returned or redirected shipments may incur additional charges.
Weather Delays:
November 15th - March 1st: Winter Weather Related Delays are possible
June 1st - September 30th: Summer Weather Related Delays are possible
