2021 Russian River Valley Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is aged in new French oak barrels for four months. A beautiful wine filled with bright aromas of nectarine blossom, lemon curd, white peach and star jasmine with a singular mineral ribbon. The palate is clean and well-rounded with notes of lemon zest, fresh squeezed key lime, and sweet pie crust. Enjoy this wine on its own or with seared white fish, fresh oysters, garden fresh mixed greens, sushi and spicy foods.
